About
Compassionate Therapy for Life’s Hardest Moments
Consuela Galvan, is a compassionate therapist who helps people navigate overwhelming life transitions — from stroke recovery and brain injury to caregiving stress, trauma, and emotional burnout.
She works with ages +18 through virtual sessions and in-person appointments in Westminster, Colorado. Whether someone is struggling to hold it all together or just needs a safe place to process, Consuela creates space where healing begins.
Clients often come to her feeling broken, but they quickly learn they’re not broken — just tired, hurt, or carrying too much alone. Her gentle, practical approach helps people feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward at their own pace.
Consuela accepts most major insurance plans and offers a limited number of pay-what-you-can appointments for those facing financial hardship. She also founded the Bear Strength Mental Health Access Fund — a donation-supported program that helps cover the cost of care for individuals in crisis.
This practice is named after Bear, her beloved emotional support dog, who reminds us all that healing starts with love, comfort, and someone by your side.
